1. No Refund Policy

At Pauz Digital, all sales of Lunar subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments once a plan has been purchased.

We believe this is fair because we offer a generous 30-day free trial that requires no credit card. This trial gives you full access to evaluate the Service, including all features and API endpoints, before making any financial commitment.

2. Free Trial

Our 30-day free trial is designed to give you ample time to evaluate Lunar before subscribing:

  • No credit card required to start your trial
  • Full access to all features during the trial period
  • Up to 50 containers for tracking during the trial
  • No obligation to subscribe after the trial ends

We encourage all prospective customers to take full advantage of the trial period to ensure the Service meets your needs before purchasing a subscription.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
  • Your API keys will be deactivated at the end of the billing period

4. Billing and Payments

All payments for Lunar subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles billing, invoicing, tax collection, and payment compliance on our behalf.

For billing inquiries, including questions about charges or payment methods, please contact us at info@pauz.digital. We will work with LemonSqueezy to resolve any billing concerns promptly.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or have concerns about your subscription, please contact us at info@pauz.digital before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.

Please include your account email address and a description of the issue when contacting us. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
